Our Supervisors
Kim Sneed - Director
Kim is a native Tennesseean who began her career at BMCC in 1995. In her 27 years with our center, she has grown from a floater to a teacher to a supervisor, a business advisor, and most recently, our director. Kim has been instrumental in BMCC's continued excellence; she also led the development and submission of the federal childcare stabilization grant critical to keeping BMCC open and running during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Kim has a bachelor's in early childhood administration.
Karen Sager - Office manager, Floater Supervisor, as well as the Health & Safety Supervisor
Ms. Karen has 23+ Years of experience at BMCC. Karen holds a Childhood Development Associate Certificate in Infants & toddlers and a bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Administration. Her Three Children Attended and graduated from BMCC.
Amber Carson - Curriculum Supervisors & Lead Room 7 Teacher
Ms. Amber is one of the rare Nashville natives. After teaching Kindergarten for 12 years and moving to Uganda for a year of school, she now shares her knowledge and world travels with the Children at BMCC while overseeing our preschool curriculum.
Christy Davis - Infant/Toddler Supervisor
Originally from Tennessee and happily married for 23 years, Ms. Christy was led to child care after many years in human resources and retail management. She indeed found her calling Because her tenderness and infinite respect for the children are invaluable to our Center.
TJ Garton - Closing supervisor & Lead Pre-K Teacher
TJ has been with the center for six years. His prior experience includes life as a touring musician and working with children with developmental disabilities for Vanderbilt University's Kennedy Center. Tj is married with a beautiful baby girl.
