We appreciate your interest in our center. The easiest way to get on our waitlist is to view the virtual tour below and fill out the form. We have a one-time fee of $100 to get on the waitlist. This fee does not guarantee you a spot in the center. The fee is non-refundable and can not be transferred to another child at a later date. Once we have your form and fee, we will place you on the waitlist. The way the waitlist works: 1. Each January, we will have the current families register for the next school year. 2. The information allows us to move children on paper to their new rooms, giving us our available openings for the upcoming school year. 3. We then fill spots with siblings, staff, and church members whose children fall into the age group of any opening. (These three groups are priority, but they must be in the age range of the opening) 4. In February, we fill the remaining openings from the waitlist. We have a computer system that allows us to put in an age range for a classroom. The computer will then generate a list of those children in the order of who has been on the waitlist the longest. We will start at the top of that list and call down until someone accepts the opening. 5. Our registration process is over once all the spots have been confirmed. However, you will not be removed from the waitlist. If a spot opens mid-year, we will follow the steps above to fill that position. Filling out the waitlist form does not guarantee you will have a place in our center. Some families do wait years to get into the center.
