EVERY CHILD IS PART OF A COMMUNITY. THEIR CONTRIBUTION IS VITAL
EVERY CHILD IS PART OF A COMMUNITY. Their contribution is the VitalBelle Meade Children's Center. This non-profit center has a mission to equip children with the skills they need to navigate an ever-changing world successfully. It's a serious task, and yet one that is best achieved through play and experiences that allow children to make choices.
BMCC uses curriculums that are founded on decades of research and demonstrated results. Children are taught in an emergent program that encourages them to explore ideas and personal interests while developing literacy and preparing for kindergarten.
At BMCC, teachers facilitate learning through group and independent activities that engage children's hearts and minds. Whether observing play, encouraging curiosity by asking questions, or imparting wisdom through modeling, our teachers invite children to think, grow, play, build friendships, and recognize that they are vital community members. Our program is thoughtfully designed to teach children the principles of respect, responsibility, and community.
Committed and caring, all our teachers and staff maintain state certifications in Early Learning Developmental Standards (TNELDS) and complete at least 30 training hours each year. In addition, each is certified in CPR and First Aid.
Our program is available from 6 weeks old through Pre-Kindergarten from 7:00 A.M. - 6:00 P.M. To learn more about our part-time and full-time options, click the 'Tuition & Rates' button on the 'Families' page.
